Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a listing had an error. If we can't fulfill an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, along with any shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may update prices and product offerings at any time.

Made-to-order products

Our items are printed to order. Slight variations in color, print placement, and fit are normal and are not defects. Our Refund & Returns Policy covers anything that arrives damaged or wrong.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site are the property of Grace & Given and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Given is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
